Drink Water With Vinegar

I just heard this tip from one of the talk show here in our country that whenever there’s an occasion before you eat, you should drink water with vinegar, in that way, all the foods that you intake would be easily digested in your system. And if you eat, don’t eat while talking to your friends and in front of your table with foods because if you do that, it will take 20 minutes for the mind to say that you are full because you are enjoying the foods. While if you are a bit too far from the table or when you are not talking to your friend while you are eating, of course you will be aware and it would be easy for the mind to say, oopps you are full and that you should stop eating.
