Since jogging is already my routine every morning, I made also a policy to myself and that is eating one cup of rice every meal. I haven’t done this before so let’s see if I’ll be able to stick to it for like a week perhaps. I started it yesterday and until now I am trying so hard to follow what I promised to myself and it has been two days already that I jogged or walked fast although I got a muscle pain at all because of jogging, and even though I am already drooling and wanting to eat much but I am holding myself from it. I know I can do this; I just have to stick with one cup of rice every meal. Wish me luck!
