Pigar Pigar

I never heard Pigar Pigar before but on the first day I stoop down here in Dagupan, that’s the first delicacy I have heard from the matron here in Dormitory. She told us that this delicacy could not be found anywhere except here. You could found the Pigar Pigar in Galvan Street here in Dagupan.

The basic ingredient of Pigar Pigar is a carabeef, thinly sliced, sprinkled with salt and deep fried, garnished with sliced onion. You could also have it with toppings, you just have to choose cauliflower, sliced cabbage, or carabeef liver.

I will have to post a picture later.
