Pasta For Dinner and Cup Of Coffee For Breakfast

For two consecutive nights, I just ate pasta for dinner or nothing at all and now I only have a cup of coffee for breakfast and I feel like I am losing weight already but I know this is not enough, I need to go to the gym to work out otherwise this whole thing will be useless. Yes, I am serious, I will go back to the gym to lose my weight and besides I will not be busy at all the moment I get back but let’s see if my daughter really want to swim and her desire won’t change maybe I will let her go back to her training but we really have to see.
