Bon Chon Chicken Recipe

As I mentioned before, my niece did a good job with her new found recipe Bon Chon Chicken, it was so flavorful with a little spice. In fact it was the first one that was finished so it really proves that the sauce that they put was really delish. Although yes, I didn’t understand the label of the chili paste because it has a Korean label but my niece seemed to know what she was getting from the display counter in Arirang, a Korean store here in our place.

So here’s the Bon Chon Recipe that she got from the Internet:

1 Kl Chicken Wings or its up to you how many kilos you want.

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Korean Chili paste

1/2 to 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1/3 cup soju Korean liquor

3 large cloves garlic grated

2 teaspoons ginger grated

1 teaspoon sesame oil

gochugaru (ground Korean chili pepper) to taste

1 tablespoon potato starch

vegetable oil for frying

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds for garnish
