Drinking Water

If you are drinking lots of sweets and acid during holiday, drinking water then is highly recommended. Even if you ate salty, water can wash it all out as your body knows what it needs. Drinking water can also blunt cravings. So you see when you drink water early in the morning right after you wake up, you would have less breakfast intake. When the body has to expend energy in order to warm the water going through you, every half litre of cold water can increase metabolic rate. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day can make you healthy as well, if you don’t get enough water you become dehydrated and worst it can lead to other health problems.
