Eating After 6:00 P.M.

Now it’s confirmed that eating after 6:00 p.m., couldn’t make you gain weight. It could gain weight when you eat too much, since we are heading to our bedtime and our body does not work our metabolism is as well won’t work fast. So a cup of rice would do but what if we are eating after we ate dinner? Then that makes you fat, the best way not to eat during midnight is that asking question for yourself, am I really hungry or just lonely or just want to pacify myself to eat more. When you don’t eat dinner it could cause a domino effect so when you are already very hungry you tend to eat more than one plate. Sleeping early could also lose your weight, of course how can you eat while you are sleeping right?
