I always looked for free recipe and thank GOD that one of the sachet here has recipes in the back. Yesterday morning while I was cooking I noticed the Pork Hamonado recipe. When I read it, the recipe is not so hard at all and most of all I know all the ingredients. So later that day when I grocery shop I bought some recipe for my pork Hamonado.
I put the Magic sarap in the pork Kasim and pour some soy sauce and have it boiled for 2 hours until it was tender. I notice that in the procedure the pineapple juice was went missing. So I open my computer and look for Pork Hamonado recipe, geez they have different kind of how to cook it, the one in the computer the meat should be marinated for 24 hours, with soy sauce, calamansi, ground pepper, and the pineapple juice so since I don’t have time to marinate the meat, what I did was I put the pineapple juice 1 1/2 cup, soy sauce about 1/4 cup, 5 tbsp brown sugar. I sliced the meat for 1 1/2 thick inch. I preheat the pan with vegetable oil and put the meat there. Then I pour the ground pepper. After a while I pour the sauce in the pan after it was boiled, I added the pine apple chunk. I am not sure if I did it correctly but the kids said they love the taste and that’s all enough for me.
