Fish Finger Recipe

I just saw this recipe in Magic Sarap sachet, you might want to try it. Just easy but I am sure this taste good.

Fish Fingers Recipe:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup catsup

1/2 kg fish fillet, cut into sticks

1 sachet Magic Sarap

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

2 pcs egg beaten

2 cups Japanese Breadcrumbs

2 cups vegetable oil


1. Combine mayonnaise and catsup. Set asode om the refrigerator.

2. Season fish fillet with magic maggi masarap. Coat with flour, shake excess flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.

3. Set aside for 10 minutes.

4. Preheat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Pan fry fish for 1-2 minutes per side. Drain excess oil. Transfer into a serving container with dip.
