Paranoid Inside The Restaurant

After we had our family summer get away, Faith on the other hand, for one week, she got too busy with her swimming class in Red Cross, and you know how much the water can make you feel starve after your done swimming. So there are times I would bring her some crackers she can eat while we are walking on the street going home but the first day was the best for Faith because after the class I bought her to Jollibee, it was my off that time so I have all the time to be dragging, we just went the Jollibee nearby the bank where I can withdraw a little so we have something to spend. When we arrived in Jollibee, Faith pointed the foods she’d like to have right away, while I was waiting for our order, she saw the ads to become one of the kids’ crew this summer but I just shrugged it off, maybe if I have enough budget then I can enroll her. I just hope that the car will not going to be damage again because I am tired already spending some bucks for the repair.

Moreover, Faith enjoyed our bonding together. I learned that she can be trusted to just stay in one corner if I asked her to, I went to the comfort room and when I went back she still sat in her chair and she said that she did not talk to any strangers at all, when it was her turn to go to the comfort room, I can’t help to worry so I got up and followed her to the bathroom, I called her name and she said “Mom, I was just peeing hisssh!” I know that I need to trust her but can you blame me if there are things that’s going on my mind that I can’t help to worry? I don’t want to feel sorry in the end because I did not check, I mean even though we are in a restaurant and it is guarded, it is just that there are things that can happen inside and without us knowing it, everything went to chaos because I did not check.

Anyway, even though I was paranoid, good thing Faith still enjoyed our little dinner together and she is looking forward for so many times this summer.

Dinner At Outback On Her Birthday

This was a long overdue post; this dinner was during my youngest daughter’s birthday. You see we don’t have much budget at that time, I asked Faith if we can just have dinner outside with family and I will just bring lunch for her and to her classmate at lunch in the school. She was hesitant at first but I was able to convince her at the last minute.

My sister and her family was already there when we arrived at the Outback Grill, we choose the area for kids since it is Faith’s birthday. We had dinner right away when we arrived, my sister was the one who ordered the foods so I didn’t know the price of the foods they ordered and I had my jaw-dropped when I realized I paid P 5, 000.00 and plus. Geez, I could have known, never will I trust them but thank GOD that my sister has extra to cover the plus, lol!

I Miss It

Thank GOD that the food we brought in our small getaway was just enough at least before we checked out. I was so worried that we will not make or at least our food but good thing it did, I just asked my niece who followed us that night to buy some rice because we did not bring anything extra. To my surprised when we went home yesterday, we still have some prawns left, so we did not cooked anything at dinner because we already have prawns anyway I don’t have time to eat at all since I am running out of time to get to work.

When I was at the beach, I found out that the time had a little ice cream treat. I miss it, I was looking forward for this little gathering but I miss it. I mean nowadays this small gathering is very important to me already because we don’t know that one of us will resign the next day and we will never see each other again since we are walking different paths at all.

I Am Hoping

As I mentioned to my other blog Anne’s Sweet Life, we’re in the beach right now and I am so darn worried because we may run out of food the next morning. You see, my sister and I shopped some ingredients yesterday and I spent already a lot, plus with prawn and the fish that we bought this morning cost already P 1,000.00 and I am suspecting that it will not be enough. My sister bought some camote too; it can help fill in our tummy if the foods are not enough. We also bought lots of chips so kids will not beg for more viands, we don’t problem with the rice because we got a lot of them. I may out of budget sooner or later because Mariel and her boyfriend will follow us soon here in the beach. We will stay overnight and I hope our foods will be enough for all of us at least before we depart tomorrow afternoon.
