I Think I Am Having An Asthma

It started last Sunday when I tried to cut the weeds in the yard, from then on I oftentimes coughed. But as I really want to do the normal process, I did not buy medicines right away instead I bought some herbal juice but my cough got worsen. So today I decided to just buy medicines for dry cough, I know I am feeling like this is already an asthma but as of now we really don’t have extra, the money that my husband sent today is intended for bills, grocery and our allowance daily so going to the Pulmonologist is not an option. And on Friday will be intended for Faith’s dentist, she really needs to have her broken tooth extracted, she said that there is a new tooth coming out.

I went to the pharmacy and asked them what capsule should I take, they recommended me a medicine. It is a capsule and I am taking it now. I noticed it works but I am still observing it. There is no hard breathing at all, so let’s see. I also bought 2 handkerchiefs today because I was suspecting that the dusts and the vehicle exhausts contributed to my cough. I usually drive so I don’t smell the exhausts before but since it is brought to the repair shop I guess handkerchief is badly needed this time, I can now understand MJ and Mariel for asking me to buy 20 pieces of handkerchiefs for them to use. Now I know…

I Miss It

Thank GOD that the food we brought in our small getaway was just enough at least before we checked out. I was so worried that we will not make or at least our food but good thing it did, I just asked my niece who followed us that night to buy some rice because we did not bring anything extra. To my surprised when we went home yesterday, we still have some prawns left, so we did not cooked anything at dinner because we already have prawns anyway I don’t have time to eat at all since I am running out of time to get to work.

When I was at the beach, I found out that the time had a little ice cream treat. I miss it, I was looking forward for this little gathering but I miss it. I mean nowadays this small gathering is very important to me already because we don’t know that one of us will resign the next day and we will never see each other again since we are walking different paths at all.

Family Bonding On Sunday At Gerry’s Grill After Mass

It was Sunday this month that I told my kids to go to where I work so we can go to church together and eat lunch after. My log out from work was at 12 noon and they were not there yet. So I roamed around and realized I needed to go to nail salon so to have my nails done. After 2 hours of waiting, finally they came.  My niece told me they are already hungry but I need to stick to the plan, so I just let them buy some snacks so we can attend the mass right away. It was just the right time because the mass just started.

After an hour, we planned on going to the Burger King. The first choice was the Burger King but my youngest changed her mind and just want to eat anywhere in Abreeza Mall, I want something festive so even though they pointed the Sumu Sam, we went to the Gerry’s Grill. We ordered Palabok, Belly Pork and Chicken for Faith. Faith also ordered a sweet corn shake, Mj got the Red Tea  and Mariel got the Mango shake.

While we were waiting for our foods, we took some picture opp.

Look at my not sleeping for almost 12 hours, look stressed huh?

But because of of my kids, I am willing to stay awake just to have bonding with them. It’s worth it though I had so much fun, no worries because when we arrived home at 8 in the evening I slept right away, slept only for like 4 hours because I need to wake up at 12 midnight for my shift will start at 1 in the morning.

Protecting Your Home In The 21st Century

Although crime has dropped over the past decade in many parts of the United States, people who break into homes have gained access to better technology, making it more important for people that want to protect their home to continue to have their home security systems monitored.

Radar Wonderland

Over 60 years ago, the automobile industry put out a car equipped with radar that would switch its brights down to low beam when it sensed an approaching car. Popular at first, the feature was pulled from the market because radar wasn’t that safe. Today, with advances in radar technology, several cars that feature built-in radar are on the road, making it easy for thieves that want to burgle houses to purchase and modify radar systems to help them case your home.

In addition to radar, Southern Californians are getting used to people using heat-sensing technology to determine whether there are people in the house that they want to rob.

Making A Difference

The primary answer is to ensure that when you leave your home, you have your security system connected to a vendor that will monitor it while you are gone. Like having a babysitter for your home, some vendors like Alarm Relay specialize in working with existing security systems, allowing you to keep the system that you have for use with their home security monitoring service.

Using a home security monitor to provide security for your home also allows you to relax while you are on vacation. In many cases, if there is a problem, they will contact you by telephone, e-mail, or through a smartphone application to let you know if the status of your home has changed.

How Monitoring Works

With most companies, you just need to contact them and let them know what type of security system that you have. They can then tell you if it qualifies and what steps that you will need to take in order to ensure that it complies with the service that they will provide for you.

After the service goes live, you merely need to remember to turn on your security system when you leave your home and turn it off or partly on while you are home.

If there is a problem, the company will call you right away and work with you to determine which options you should pursue in order to stop the alarm from ringing. In most cases, this means either returning home to check or having the police come by.

Security in the 21st century in most neighborhoods is better- but a like a lot of other things in life, a little more complex. Getting a security system monitoring partner should help homeowners to close the technology gap that potential thieves have opened up.
