Oh So Fresh And Affordable

I could not afford for any souvenirs when we went to Buda just this month. But I felt like I was just wasting my opportunity to at least buy anything there. So when my friend said that the lettuce was very much affordable in Bemwa, I and some of my friends went there the next day to buy the lettuce and they are right, it is very cheap the only thing that was not cheap is the dressing. The dressing was P 200. 00 but the lettuce was only P 30. 00 since we paid P 50. 00 in the entrance. Wasn’t it a good deal? So of course I did not let the chance slipped away. When we got home Mj prepared the salad right away, the dressing was very delectable. It has its own unique taste that you could experience from any other dresser plus the lettuce is oh so fresh. My day was complete and was so satisfying although I have pains all over.

Just After I Submitted My Resignation Letter

This month just after I submitted my resignation letter, I got so sick.

I was running late one night, my head was already heavy and it got worse when I sat down in my station taking calls. After an hour of taking calls, I asked for a clinic break, I really need something to take for my headache. When I went to the clinic, the checked my BP right away, only then I realized my BP went to 160 over 90, they asked me to rest right away, they could not give me any medicine because they need to monitor my BP every after 30 minutes. They let me sleep for an hour. My BP subsides after I rest.

After a week when I got back to work again, I was not feeling well all so sudden. I took a nap for almost an hour during my lunch, when I got out from work, I felt like I had a fever. They sent me to emergency room in one of the hospitals in downtown my BP reaches to 164/60. It is not normal at all but by that time the fever went up too.

After 3 days of not going to work. I went for a cholesterol check up, my cholesterol is normal but my liver condition is not. The SPGT is not normal, the Doctor said it can still be prevented by taking a liver protection, vitamins and I don’t know if I have to change my daily dosage or I will just add the liver vitamins. I don’t know because I didn’t buy the vitamins yet. I hope I can one of these days.

But my concern for now, I hope everything will be back to normal when I have lots of rest these coming few days. I am looking forward for it. To being healthy and strong!

Think of what you are eating; make sure that the majority of it comes from the nutritious calories that provides you nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and stuffs.
