Meat Uncooked

It is Sunday and it’s time for me to do our Laundry, in the middle of my laundry, I got hungry so I went out and saw someone selling Lechon. I bought it right away for our breakfast at home. I ate it the moment I arrived, later did I found that the meat was not that cooked. Mariel was the one who found it, good thing she found it before Faith ate her breakfast she was able to picked the meat that is cooked. Right after I do the laundry, I took a nap but then when I woke up my stomach started to ache, I didn’t mind it until tonight. I hope I will get better because tomorrow I need to go to the Alexian for Mj’s laboratory tests.

Wash It With Salt

The pork meat that bought last Saturday has a bad smell when my daughter put it at bottom of our freezer to give way to her home made mango float. She made a mango float last Sunday and since our freezer is already jam packed with meats and since she should put her mango float to the freezer she puts our pork meat to the bottom.

Yesterday, when my sister put it back to the freezer, it smells bad already. My sister told me to wash it with water and put some salt on it, I should squeeze it with salt so the smell will go away, after doing that, she fried it immediately because the meat might not be okay to eat by tomorrow. Yes the bad smell went away but she is certain it won’t last longer. So instead of having pork chops in breakfast we have it in dinner instead.
