Foods To Take For ADHD Child

I nearly cried when I learned that my youngest daughter can’t seem to focus on her new school and she tends to ask question randomly not even related to the subject. I told my husband about it and  he got disappointed. We were thinking to put her back in a therapy but we were taking a hold of it, because I know we can talk to her about it. We searched about ADHD again, what needs to be done or the activity and what food should she  take. And my husband came up with this:

  • Lean meats and poultry
  • Fish rich in Omega Fatty Acids
  • Fruits and Vegetable
  • Whole Grains
  • And healthy unsaturated fats
  • Probiotics (Yakult)

Good thing I was able to straightened it out. I talked to her in private about it. I let her understand and realized of what she did. She cried and said she didn’t know  she was already distracting the whole class. I monitored and frequently asked the teacher if she improves or if there are other things we need to correct. The teacher said that she’s improving, she didn’t hear any complaints from her co-teachers. I just hope that Faith continue behaving properly. I am crossing my fingers to it.

Healthy In Spirit

Have you felt like even though you have complete meal every day but then something is missing? If you feel this then you are not alone because I felt that too. These past few weeks, I feel so alone and empty, I oftentimes got irritated of something. I just resigned last July 1st but then I feel like I am already helpless that sometimes I doubted my husband about everything. I oftentimes blame him or others in everything. I feel like I failed in everything too. But then when my friend sees me last week, She mentioned money is just money, it can’t buy you happiness. Our topic then was about life and journey until she invited me to feasts hosted by Kerygma of Bo Sanches.

I know Bo Sanches as I subscribe his organization long time, I read his inspirational thought but most often I ignore it. When I listened about her perception about life, I was convinced I need guidance, I need refreshment, and I need those words. So last Saturday at 7 in the evening I attended to the feasts. When I entered, some of them greeted me right away. And so the talk began. One of the things I could not forget is about commitment. I thought commitment is compulsory obligation, I was wrong because it is the love you felt towards that person, so even though you don’t understand everything at all, you are still willing to stay because you are committed. We also tackle breaking and blessing. There are times we became too much proud of ourselves that we don’t noticed at all we already broke someone’s heart, pride can break you but then being broken is not a punishment from GOD but it is one way of healing you. Being broken is exposing what is your purpose in life, so wait a while because after you being broken, blessing is coming. So don’t worry when you are broken, it is just the process of getting that blessing you truly want.

We opt to have a nice figure, we opt to be healthy by exercising and or going to the gym but most often than not, we also need to take good care of our spirit, we need it to be healthy as well so  that you don’t feel alone and lonely.

Things To Know That Woman Should Know

Last week I was task to write an article regarding home remedies for period irregularities. Mind you I don’t know what those are; I need to research so I can come up with an idea. And not only that it took me almost two weeks so I can at least make two pages of home solution for menstruation irregularities. It was not easy but I am glad that I was able to check those solutions online because I learned.

They required me to write 20 home remedies but I only wrote 10. I mean, it’s hard to write when you are also too busy offline. On the other hand these are the things I found out.

Before Or After Workout

If you keep on exercising then you don’t to follow this refueling before or after work out. The previous night dinner can cover for your morning workouts. Banana is already enough for a very wonderful workout. If you do a cardio exercise do not eat foods that are full of carbs it will just ruin of your goal to burn fats, it will cancel the advantage that you can benefits through cardio exercise. Wait at least 90 minutes to eat after your cardio exercise. Eat foods that are full of protein and carbs. If your goal is to build muscle after cardio exercise, you can have a fruit smoothie that has flavor of Yogurt or milk.
